Free Australian domestic shipping
We offer free shipping Australia wide, using Australia Post eParcel which includes tracking on all parcels.
All Pixie Pearls parcels require ‘Signature on Delivery’ so if nobody is at home for delivery you will receive a card to collect at your local post office.
Most orders at Pixie Pearls are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow 3-7 business days for the order to be processed, shipped and delivered. If you require faster shipping, please specify the urgency in your order comments box. As a time-efficient gift option, you can also consider purchasing a Pixie Pearls E-Gift Certificate.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! We currently offer a flat shipping fee of AUD$20 per item purchased for all the international destinations we ship to. Please check to see if your country is available.

Our shipping includes ‘Signature on Delivery’ and free tracking so you will know where your package is every step of the way.
If you are bulk shipping multiple gifts to ONE address, a shipping discount/refund might apply but not guaranteed. If you've already processed the order online, we will email you to confirm this if a discount/refund is possible.
Otherwise, email us if you want to ship more than two items together and we will respond with the appropriate shipping rates for your order specifics.
Does Pixie Pearls cover taxes, duty, etc. for international customers?
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Our prices do not include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, VATs, or any other costs you may be additionally charged to receive your Pixie Pearls shipment internationally.
Please make sure you consider *all fees* before you place your order because you’ll be required to make those payments when your shipment arrives at the destination country, and we won’t be able to refund you if you change your mind.
Please be aware that if any items shipped are rejected and returned to Pixie Pearls (if the recipient is not willing to pay the applicable local taxes/ import duties, the delivery address is wrong or there is no one to accept the package) we are unable to refund original shipping charges, custom charges or any return/rejection charges incurred by Pixie Pearls.
We pride ourselves in providing quality products and ask that you take time to fully consider the item(s) you want to purchase. Pixie Pearls promotes conscious consumerism which is sustainable slow fashion with careful and mindful consumption. With that in mind, we price our items affordably with no hidden markup costs to cover returns and shipping.
If you somehow still want to return the product you received, please:
1) Email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s). You will be assigned a Return Reference number, a form to fill out to include with your return package. Please ensure that you return your item with all of its original packaging.
In your email, please include a) the order number; b) details of the fault; c) if you would like a replacement or a refund.
2) All refunds on the product will be via the original payment method. The refund is for the product only and does not include the original postage charges.
3) Once we receive and approve your return, most refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. We will notify you by email once we've processed your refund.
*Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Taxes and Duties are non-refundable costs.
*Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via registered post. Pixie Pearls will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
*Refunds would only be given to new (unworn) items.
